Plugins for ChatGPT: Terms of Service
Effective date: 16-Oct-2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the plugins published by AI Business Partners, a trade name of Kumar Enterprises (sole proprietorship), 211, Third Floor, Phase-III, Innov8 Okhla, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi 110020, India (“we”, “us”) in the ChatGPT Plugins Directory and listed at https://aibusinesspartners.ai/plugins (each a “Plugin”).
- By installing or using a Plugin, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use any Plugin.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the law that applies to you, and you must also meet the age requirements in OpenAI’s terms for using ChatGPT.
- If you use a Plugin for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” then includes that organisation.
2. Relationship with OpenAI
The Plugins run inside ChatGPT, which OpenAI provides under its own terms and policies. Your use of ChatGPT remains subject to those terms. We are an independent developer and are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by OpenAI. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI.
Each Plugin is a set of pre-written instructions (a pre-recorded prompt) that ChatGPT follows. All processing is done by ChatGPT. At no point do we have access to the text you enter, the outputs ChatGPT produces, or any other data from your use of a Plugin. We do not see, review, validate or control any output.
Outputs are generated by OpenAI’s models, which we do not control and which may change at any time. We are not responsible for ChatGPT, for OpenAI’s models or services, or for any act or omission of OpenAI.
3. Licence
For each Plugin, we grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:
- copy, extract, resell, sublicense or redistribute a Plugin’s instructions; or
- present a Plugin as your own.
We and our licensors keep all rights, title and interest in the Plugins, including their instructions. No rights are granted except those set out in this Section. We may revoke this licence at any time, including if you breach these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use a Plugin to:
- create content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing or deceptive, including impersonating another person or organisation;
- process payment card data, health information, government identification numbers, passwords or other credentials;
- process confidential information, or other people’s personal data, that you are not authorised to share;
- make or support decisions with legal, financial, medical, safety or employment consequences for anyone, without independent review by a suitably qualified person;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights; or
- breach OpenAI’s usage policies or any applicable law.
5. Your content and outputs
- You keep all rights in the text you submit. We claim no rights in your input or in a Plugin’s output.
- Outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions or changes in meaning.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting and approving every output before you use or send it.
- Any use of an output, and any action you take or do not take on the basis of it, is solely your responsibility.
- We are not responsible for any message, document or other content you create, edit, send or publish using a Plugin, for how any recipient reads, relies on or responds to it, or for any decision you or anyone else makes on the basis of an output.
- You are responsible for having the right to submit any text you enter, including other people’s personal data. For that data, you, not we, decide how and why it is processed.
6. No professional advice
The Plugins are general productivity tools. Their outputs do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice and are no substitute for it.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Each Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that a Plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.
- A Plugin’s availability depends on ChatGPT and the ChatGPT Plugins Directory, which we do not control.
- You use each Plugin and its outputs entirely at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with a Plugin or these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using it.
- No advice or information from us, including through support, creates any warranty.
8. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of a Plugin or its outputs, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Plugins, however arising, will not exceed ₹1,000.
- These exclusions and limits apply even if we were told that a loss was possible. The cap applies to all claims together, not to each claim.
- These limits also protect our proprietor, employees and agents.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless us and our proprietor, employees and agents against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- your use of a Plugin or its outputs;
- any content you create, send or publish using a Plugin;
- your breach of these Terms; or
- your breach of any law or of anyone’s rights.
We may take over the defence of any such claim at your expense, and you will cooperate with us.
10. Changes, suspension and withdrawal
- We may update a Plugin or these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. If you continue to use a Plugin after that, you accept the revised Terms.
- We may suspend or withdraw a Plugin at any time.
- We may end your right to use a Plugin at any time, including if you breach these Terms.
- We have no obligation to provide updates, maintenance or support.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the next sentence, the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Plugins. If you are a consumer living outside India, this clause does not remove any mandatory protection, or any right to bring proceedings in your home courts, that the law of your country of residence gives you.
12. General
- If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, it applies to the greatest extent the law allows, and the rest remains in effect.
- These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Plugins.
- The last paragraph of Section 3, and Sections 5 to 9, 11 and 12, continue to apply after you stop using a Plugin.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to any person or entity that takes over the Plugins. You may not transfer yours.
- We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, we have not waived it.
- Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship between you and us.
- No one other than you and us may enforce these Terms, except our proprietor, employees and agents under Sections 8 and 9.
